The design of Villa Palmita 8 contemplates two transverse axes that intersect in the central part of the villa and that allow a harmonious horizontal circulation, creating a harmonious environment between the day and night life at the home. The first floor houses the most intimate rooms of the house and hosts the main living spaces such as kitchen, dining room and social areas such as billiards, BBQ and pool areas. The co-protagonist of the project is the wood effect, as we implement innovative elements that, applied to the cladding of the facades, ensure a warm appearance, simulating the properties of traditional wood, but with the benefit of requiring minimal treatment for its conservation.

In the recreational area of ​​the villa, open spaces prevail, which provide a greater connection of the environments, reigning comfort, freedom and integration with the landscape. The pool is infinity, so it produces a visual effect that the water extends to the horizon, being covered inside with ceramic pieces in marine tones with non-slip properties and high resistance to deterioration.

Palmitas 8, stands out for its pragmatic design in planimetry, prioritizing natural lighting in all rooms and with top quality finishes. The villa has a large garden that surrounds the pool and at the same time is integrated into the interior of the home, functioning as the lung of the house. Its access is welcoming, since the volumes extend to receive the user, embracing it with the front garden and immersing it inside the house, thus welcoming the main hall, that functions as a distribution center for the different environments, since it lowers its floor level to guarantee a connection wider visual of the amenities of the villa and the rear garden.

The canopy is roofed, without a front enclosure, it has direct access both to the interior of the house and to the service area, facilitating an efficient connection that covers all possible needs when arriving home, with the capacity to accommodate 2 vehicles.

The kitchen is developed in a linear way linked to an area of dining room with capacity for up to 8 people. Among the amenities of the villa there is a multipurpose space, with direct access to the pool and the terrace that it shares with the dining area, said space, depending on the needs of the user, can be used as a bar, billiards, games area, among others.

The electrical installation is designed incorporating all the necessary elements for excellent operation, in accordance with national and international standards. The telecommunications installation will provide a TV and data connection from the outside to each and every one of the rooms in the house with telephone/internet sockets and provision for future services.

Installation of main air conditioning (cold) of the villa will be with High efficiency variable refrigerant volume (VRF) system and Inverter technology, the provision for future installation of the mini split air conditioning system will be placed in the service areas.
