It is a project conceived from the symbiosis between curved and straight elements, arranged on the site in such a way as to take advantage of the views towards the lake located on the south facade of the project.

The form is implemented in two volumes unified by a connecting block that, with its imposing presence, welcomes the user with a spacious double-height lobby, which provides entrance to the reflecting pool that connects with the interior landscape of the project and invites the user to visit the common area, motivating them to enjoy its amenities.

The curved balconies are the main feature, embodying the meaning of their name without being too obvious. They appear on all the facades, seemingly dancing, offering shelter, and allowing the dynamism that the lake needs to be enjoyed from every angle. Their gardens bring life and freshness to the apartments, connecting the residents to their surroundings and fostering interaction between the exterior and interior.
