CACICAZGOS X

CACICAZGOS X is an exclusively residential architectural project located in the exclusive Los Cacicazgos neighborhood.

The project’s general layout is developed based on the shape and characteristics of the land in combination with the building’s function.

There are two vehicular entrances to the project: the main one from Enriquillo Avenue and the secondary access from Bayacán Street. The pedestrian access to the reception is raised to maintain the privacy of the residential complex, while also creating an accessible parking space via valet parking and access for disabled guests.

Its façade is designed to create a tall, slender, and elegant building, composed of pure volumes that highlight a minimalist design style, with large windows that maximize views of the city, the Mirador Sur Park, and the sea, providing permeability for ventilation and lighting.

The apartment units are available in sizes of approximately 220, 200, and 170 m2, with three and two-bedroom options.
