Dominican Breeze International Realty is a real estate company established in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, under the name of Grupo Quiñones, S.R.L., which was founded by our Broker/Owner, José Antonio Quiñones.

José Antonio was born in the beautiful city of San Juan, in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, USA. A graduate of the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Puerto Rico since 1991 and in Florida since 2002, he decided to move to the Dominican Republic in 2013 to become a Real Estate Broker in that growing country, assisting both local and international investors throughout the property acquisition process, including, but not limited to, buyers from Puerto Rico, the United States, Canada, Haiti, Latin America, Europe, and Dominicans living abroad.

José Antonio has been living in the vibrant city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, since 2013, with his wonderful family, without leaving his native Puerto Rico. José Antonio has developed a brilliant personal and professional life in the real estate sector, traveling constantly between Santo Domingo, San Juan, Miami, Punta Cana, Las Terrenas, Bayahibe, New York, and La Romana, closely supporting his clients interested in acquiring a property in the Dominican Republic.

Our Broker was president of a major mortgage institution in Puerto Rico from 1994 to 2002, where he acquired extensive experience in the mortgage sector. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors® as an International REALTOR® and the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies of the Dominican Republic (AEI). He undoubtedly serves his clients with extensive knowledge and the professionalism that his years of experience have given him, based on principles, honoring the Codes of Ethics of both associations.
